Super easy energy drink recipe to fuel your day

This super easy energy drink is a cheaper and healthier option for that mind and body boost that all of us need. They take a serious cost on your wallet and more importantly, your long-term health. This is a super easy drink recipe to fuel your day.

Super Easy Lemon Berry Energy Drink

Servings: Makes 1


  • 1/3 cup fresh raspberries and/or strawberries, washed
  • 1/8 teaspoon of sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon natural sugar, stevia or honey, to taste
  • Focus & Energy(™) Capsules
  • 1/3 – 1/2 cups (2-3 lemons) of freshly squeezed lemon juice, to taste
  • 1 ½ to 2 cups water

Optional Ingredients

  • Fresh Herbs (Rosemary, Basil, Mint)
  • Sparkling Water


Place washed raspberries and/or strawberries, along with salt and your choice of sweetener into your glass. Take your two (2) Focus & Energy(™) capsules and gently twist them apart. Add contents to your glass. Next, grab a long kitchen utensil (such as a wooden spoon) and muddle the contents in your class until raspberries release their juice and ingredients are well mixed. *If using fresh herbs, tear them into small pieces and toss in your glass before you begin muddling.

Cut and squeeze your lemons into your glass and top with water. Give your glass a good stir or shake before drinking.
